We already have in our database applicants in different categories.  The applicants have been pre-screened.  They have sufficient work experiences to be able to qualify to your company’s needs.  We will provide your company of the short-list of applicants based on the qualifications that your company is looking for.

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CANDIDATES

We will conduct pre-qualification of applicants for your company to ensure that the final applicants are all qualified based on your company’s requirements and standards.  They will undergo technical exams, rigid interviews and orientation by our expert technical consultants.  They will also submit certification/s of completion of the course/s they took.  Those who pass the pre-qualification process will undergo apprenticeship program with various local companies while waiting to be interviewed by your experts and while waiting for the processing of their visas and other documents.

CHECK CREDENTIALS AND REFERENCES

We recognize that it is important to have an honest, hardworking and trustworthy workforce in order to achieve the objectives of the company and to be globally competitive.  Before we recommend a candidate to be interviewed by your representative, we will check his credentials to ensure that he is honest with all information that he has provided us and that he has ample experience to be an asset to your company.

CAREER COUNSELING AND GUIDANCE

As part of our community service, and as giving back to our community in which we serve, we will conduct career counseling and guidance in various schools.  Our target audiences are the high school students who will soon be taking up technical, vocational or college courses.

The purpose of this endeavor is to inform, counsel and guide the students of the current job opportunities.  Students can then align their future career plans with these job opportunities.
